Hello and welcome to Eddie Does Ice. In January 2015 I will be setting sail for the continent of Antarctica. This purpose of this blog is to share my adventures along the way. There will be a general focus on Antarctica and my work, but I'm sure that you will catch flashes of motorcycling, mountain-biking, personal finance and other nonsense along the way.
This is my first attempt at writing for an audience, so while you are learning about me and my adventures, I will be learning about you and how to best keep you entertained (this will be much easier if you start a discussion in the comments down below :) ).
